Rakaia Gorge Society AGM 2022

Held : 26 February 2022

The turn out for the AGM was good the weather was not. Sixty members gathered at the camp and sat through heavy rain and wearing marks, to hear the progress of the Camp. At times hearing the speaker was very difficult, the BBQ was not held as most by the end were very wet. The AGM minutes are currently being collated for committee approval. AGM Minutes will be posted in the member only section.

2021 New Season Members BBQ

Held over Labour Weekend

A very successful event with over 50 members turning up to share a beautiful selection of delicious sausages cooked by our master BBQ chefs, with a wide selection of salads, breads and side dishes supplied by the members. Thank you to all who brought a plate, we were very spoiled for choice. It was a relaxed afternoon, good to see all member chatting way and we were lucky that the weather played its part. We started later this year to allow those turning up for the first time to settle in but next year it may turn into more of a BBQ tea than afternoon. Some photo's to come.
